Have Been playing this course since the seventies when it was Apple Country Club. It has since been purchased by the town and run by the Sterling golf group. This is a hidden gem. The course is in excellent condition. If you played it years ago when it wasn’t so great try it you will be pleasantly surprised. Sterling does great job and has brought a great team together. Sterling runs 8 other courses and as a perk lets you play other courses if you are a member at no additional charge. They have another gem in the group this time 18 holes located in Haverhill. Crystal Lake. With courses closing like Tyngsboro and now Green Meadow it’s great to have group like Sterling who know what they are doing and growing.

I ordered a gift certificate as part of a black Friday deal. I never got the certificate in the Mail, so I emailed the country club. They responded quickly and we’re extremely helpful. It turns out the error was mine – I had ordered on my phone and auto filled my old address by accident. They mailed me a new certificate that day. Excellent service!
Nice 9-hole course, great opener site for the season
Course is awesome!!! Great price too!!
Great course spread out moved freely no rushing.
Have not had a single bad experience here. I come a few times a week. The woman behind the desk is always accommodating.
A fantastic course for an older golfer like me. Considering the hot weather we’ve had, it’s in fantastic shape.
For the value vs. the price, this is a home run. No, it is not a long championship golf course, it is a shorter nine-hole golf course with a par 5, great par three’s, fun par four’s, fantastic bent grass greens with character, and nice fairways. The new green on #9 turned out perfect. Friendly staff and simply a pleasure to play – BTW – perfect course to walk.
